jason's tapping
Prytanis Kurt Ruedy (Fall '22) was tapped into the 112th class of the Jason's Men's Senior Honorary which recognizes 40 men each year during honors week that exemplify dedication to academic excellence and extraordinary leadership at The University of Alabama.
Kurt was joined by Carter Scott (Spring '22) and Chase Cowart (Fall '22) who are both members of the 111th class of Jason's.
2025 softball champs
TKE defeated ATO 13-5 to win the 2025 Intramural Softball Championship. Freshman Caleb Helmer was named MVP after he went 4-4 with 2 home runs in the championship game
tke week
During our annual "TKE Week" we successfully raised over $8,000 for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital bringing our annual philanthropy total to over $12,000.
Philanthropy Chairman Eli Rhoads (Spring '24) organized events for the entire week culminating in our annual spring crawfish boil.
Order of omega
Recently five members were inducted into the Order of Omega: Gibson Cheney (Fall '24), Rodger Cary (Spring '24), Kurt Ruedy (Fall '22), Billy Spradlin (Fall '21), and Jonathan Bucchere (Spring '24). Additionally, our chapter was awarded with the Outstanding Greek Relations Award.
Order of Omega is a leadership honor society for undergraduate members of fraternity & sorority organizations who seeks to recognize the top leaders within Greek life organizations
Distinguished fraters visit omicron-xi
During our spring parents weekend, the Omicron-Xi Chapter welcomed distinguished guests Venerable Grand Prytanis Mike McEvily, TKE HQ Director of Growth Zach Scott, Chapter Advisor Jon Parker, and Board of Advisors member Harvey Snider, sharing their insights into recruitment, retention, and overall chapter success.

Nu class initiated
The Omicron-Xi Chapter initiated our spring class including 13 new members joining the bond of Tau Kappa Epsilon. TKE Awarded New House
The UA Student Organization Housing Advisory Board Committee has selected Tau Kappa Epsilon to occupy the open house on Jefferson Avenue. TKE will move in during the summer of 2025, just in time for the 50th anniversary of the Omicron-Xi chapter.

TKE Wins flag football
Congratulations to the TKE Flag Football team for their undefeated season capped off by a 13-0 victory over ATO to win the IFC Championship.
